Northern Elite Volleyball Academy
(N.E.V.A.)
was founded in 2019 by Owner and Club Director Kalani Gasper. Originally from Oahu, Hawaii, Kalani spent years coaching in his home state before moving to Utah in 2015. Since then, he has coached both club and high school programs, earning numerous tournament medals, multiple region championships, and a Utah High School State Title in 2021.
With more than 30+ years of coaching experience, Kalani built N.E.V.A. on three core principles: skill development, family values, and life lessons. Our programs welcome athletes at every level—from beginners learning the fundamentals to advanced players competing at the highest levels.
What sets us apart is our culture. We create a dynamic, tightly knit environment where athletes aren’t just teammates—they’re family. This is our ʻOhana.
